Another 24,000 Sq. Foot Mega Mansion Under Construction in Preston Hollow - 4939 Manson Court

This week, we discovered a pretty incredible home - 9807 Meadowbrook Drive in Preston Hollow that is still in the construction process.  Well now we have found another 20,000+ sq. foot home under construction less than 3 miles from the Meadowbrook palace - 4939 Manson Court.  And yes, its "Manson" not "Mansion", although that would be fitting, eh?  Bryan Wilburn, President of Southwest Risk, owns exclusive and hidden the lot where this 24,475 sq. foot residence is under completion.  Started back in 2009, the huge home features 9 bedrooms (!), 9 bathrooms, 6 fireplaces, and 3 wet bars.  The Wilburns are selling their home over at 6138 Norway Road in Dallas for just under $3 Million.
