Mastering the Art of French Cooking: 52 Week Experiment





I got a book for Valentine's Day from my beefcake, that I love:



I watched Julie and Julia twice in one day, 
and was totally inspired by the movie! 

"I'm so excited!" squeals Julia:


So, with my family's full knowledge and approval,
I am going to be doing a little Julie and Julia experiment myself.

For fun.
For friends.
For family.
For France!





One recipe a week for the next 52 weeks.
The difference is: 
I will be using all organic, natural ingredients 
and also veggies and herbs from our garden.
